...agement is very cooperative & transparent. Culture and environment is very good. Very less salary deduction during COVID-19. No bonuses but incentive are too good.

As far as I have serving 5 years in this company. Appraisal are low & required internal job posting.

...ining and development is good .no job security in ksa .creeer growth was their. Salary was good but after 10 year .too much politics we're their that is bad thing's

Only one thing's I don't like and that is politics.....unwanted issue making by company senior person and taking Personal every thing's they don't want to listen any thing's ..only making own decision .

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Some employees of company Like Mr. Rakesh Kumar from department of (KAM) is very nice and I was very happy with working them.

Dislikes

Some employees from Operations team like Mr. Sunny koul & HR Surbhi are not cooperative and do unnecessary deduction from employees salary and incentive
