Company is good. Salary on time. But there is parciality by top management. They are treating good with his favourite staff and ignoring such staff whose background is not filled by strong reference.

Dislikes

Upper management are doing parciality and cast based politics are also played here. The manager who had bad communication skills, who had no idea about business, who had no idea how I will revert on mails are highly appreciated. But the guys who is smarty close his all work on time are ignored.

Very nice working with bata company, through covid -19 our company is giving salary of full month inspite being home... And also covid treatment in case any of employe is seems to be positive and afected with it...

No promoting for next level for management, I am working last five years but no increment and no promoting next level...

Titan as a company has taken good care of the employees. Work culture has been very good but it has become very tedious as far as w0rk from home is concern. Company has taken good policies to ensure safety and security of employees health and job.

Salary growth should have been given this year looking at the profit that company has done last year.
