management specially in retail sector is not focused..only start new business hire people and close that business certainly and dehire those people or transfar..too much hiring and de hiring in last few years..create a bad reputation about reliance retail amongst employees

It was a great experience to work with Amazon. It was a contractual role. I wish if it would have been extended to permanent but it could not. Anyways, my experience was quite good.

Force Ranking Attrition goals for management Salary structure , basically your salary will drop after 2 years and you will reach your first paycheck level after 5 years if you dont get promoted .However promotions after Level 5-6 is very hard to come by. Zero Work life balance

There lots of work so that’s why I know the all thinks.management is good there is sone manager they are doing partiality

There is no Job security they doing cost cutting in normal days they hire on job train in festival season low salary
