...ut fortis is that fortis follows globally accepted management for the patients .i even liked the infrastrucutre but not the salary structure . Yes u will get to see many cases which are very peculiar and hard to see. Full fleged departments .

Salary structure -pay very less Working enviorment is not friendly Doctors are more frustated there i dont know why may be salary or policies

Not much. But the salary is quite less as compare to the work. But definitely career growth is great in ICU facility.

...back is that HR is not professional. they won't pay you as per their agreement . You will have complaints related to your salary as long as you stay. Below par job satisfaction as compared to Medanta and Manipal Hospitals where I have worked before

Very nice & feeling great to work in apollo hospital. All staffs are very famillier. Lots of training available for each n every aspect. Overall good experience. Only n only for one reason most of the employee are leaving apollo. Work life balance is good.

Very low salary scale. All r working under a low salary scale with very high work pressure although no any appreciation is there. The one who just do nothing for the department but showing a lot is getting more than one who is actually doing all what the one is describing that done by him. No appriciation. Otherwise it's my dream that I will stay lifetime with the apollo group but just bcz of this factor I had left.

It was an overall great experience and friendly colleagues and seniors. Also some nurse staff were really good

There is no particular time for salary to be credited. There was huge delay in payment of salary most of the time crossing more than half of the month.. Also some unnecessary workload regarding certain documents was given which was not really required to be done by the doctor on duty. Instead a more practical working and learning experience would have been better. Also there was no library in case we get time during lunch to study.
