It's a good company but some how some drawbacks also there, senior domination is more.

Great work culture and work life balance. The management takes intiative to ensure that the employees have suficient exposure to various extra-curricular and co-curricular activities. The colleagues and seniors are really helpful as well.

...yee to make best use of the facilities to learn things beyond the work allotted. The pay isn't the best and the the growth is just slightly above the industry average.

Job safety was very poor.only maintaining manager domination.heavy ot dutys,unsafe works,manager behaviour very worst.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
