...slow, with limited opportunities for promotion despite hard work and dedication. No good salary. No hikes. Company culture is good

No hike connsidering skillset, knowledge according to market standards. No WFH No transfer requests are allowed though we served for same organization and client for many years

If you get foreign clients you are good.

Dislikes

Less number of leaves. Can't apply for restricted holidays for T&M employees. Salary is less. If you are in t&m mode then forget about hike. HCL manager won't ever know of what you are working al the client office.
