Salary and job confirmation is totally Disappointing ,PF deducted in basic salary, worked for one year then still not job confirmation as there rules , privilege and sick leaves also just Formalities when you resigned they deduct in your F&F

...gant, useless and stupid PO EMPLOYEES .Who are leading the experience employees.And low salary package as compared to skills and knowledge and experience

I like there Salary benefits maybe or just the brand.

There are plenty. People here won't try to teach you anything. They just want you to learn by yourself. No support from the seniors and If the work is not done then they will threaten you. Seniors play politics here a lot. Maybe lesser than other banks but yeah but the work culture here is not worthy I must say.

Job is not education based. CA is sent for collection, non CA is doing credit work, law graduate is doing sale collection, non legal is doing court work. Its so confusing as to why this ? Lack of manpower. Etc.
