As a accounts payable process but not a not a money which a company to pay it's venders purchase goods and services on credit basic on balance sheet

...tive, sometimes not and the management is transparent.company policies are good.Appraisals are not fair and they give not good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics at the time of appraisals, and who impress the manager or section head that person get high rating. Total year working person get low rating.

Company is well organised and management is good. Work Culture is good and shift timing are flexible.

Dislikes

Pays Less Salary compared to industry standard.
