No year on year hikes (Salary) which is hard to face the inflation. Trips and travels must be introduced, Learning curve is less.

I was fortunate to work with great team. No overload in terms of work or any kind of weekend support of which I had bitter experience in my last organisation. The company provides great facilities for employees like food and transport. Every team member of automation team is an enthusiast.

... spoiled a lot. Apart from First data, Fiserv have excellent process and cuture. Go with good package, hikes won’t be good
