Wellthe great thing about aarti is their leadership involvement in field. The culture of every worker towards safety and most important good work life balance at lower or mid level

The salary range, and the promotion these two are very frustrati g. A head who works in the same organisation for @6 years are standing at 18 lakh and new employee from other organisation having experience of 9 year is taking 24 lakh. Very frustrating

...p fails, lacks empathy towards team members, decision lacking, blame culture. 4. Salary increments and promotions less compared to other peers.

... women colleagues. Men and Women ratio is good and management treats us equally. Compensation and benefits are good as compared to work life balance.

Parking facility is not properly managed by the vendor.

Good company, You can take your own decision related to your job. Salary , increament coming on time. If you have a potential then you can get good growth. One Saturday additional off given by company.
