The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds.

... Pressure is very high. sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Here staff and management is very good. Company always tack-care of her employ. This is a good company.

Most important, Salary is very low. Promotion time is little bit long. Yearly salary increment also little bit.

Poor increement.Variable pay mentioned in CTC is also deducted based on company's performance,there's no minimum variable pay. You also maybe getting half of your variable pay and pro rata appraisal will be 1% if joined less than 12 months of FY. Role wise disparity
