...ere is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...s. Job security also is a good point you do well so company is do good with you. Obviously a respected salary earn every permanent employ. Employees are do good joab then company also give promotion and everybody known new things for seals and marketing matter any time. So its a good things for employe. Company is growing every year it's a national company and good product also. You depend on this company work life blance is good. Nobody is doing any politics create here.

Dislikes

Company not giving extra benefit for retailers and not giving extra margin for retailers as same as kwality , red cow , etc.
