Regarding Salary All are from same batch but some will get 47k per month and they are not in any projects and work and us working in projects and getting only 26k So based on work if we can get that may satisfied

Likes

Great amount of freedom to choose our own work-life balance model, good amount of project and comparatively less bureaucracy.

Dislikes

Salary below par, skill development is not so great and promotions are extremely slow.

Job security if on bench(2 month bench policy) They just want u to be billed from customer, no matter if it's aligned to your work path or not.

Likes

The seniors at work give continuous support, you can ask even very basic thing. You can easily balance work and life. You have job security. The trainings on every related technology is best.

Dislikes

Salary is quite low, no bonuses, no appraisals.
