Even higher management primarily talks about business and money without considering the impact on the team, the project, and the client. - Besides money, if the firm thought a bit more about impact and wellbeing, outsourcing could become true consulting.

Zero benefits and perks apart from salary and variable pay Work life balance depends completely on the project. Some projects are chill, and people have less working hours but some are very bad and need to work our a** off Since it is client facing, there is always pressure of perfection
