Its been 3 years working with Bitwise solutions. At Bitwise I got to learn about ETL tools and using these have integrated solutions using JAVA to convert to cloud tech like ADF. While working with this have also learned Generative AI. So if you want to learn and skill up this is one of the best companies to join.

...earn more money, think once because they are not up to the mark at giving hikes. Instead of hike in salary they will just add variable pay to your ctc.

I am personally able to work on my professional and personal life balance. Salary wise yes everyone wants to earn more but the level of work i am doing i am getting paid for the same. I can't expect to work as an associate and dream to earn CEO salary.

I am happy to work here only for job security. Who are coming more experience with good salary Can stay until there carrier. Not recommended for freshers for staying longer time Just learn and go with in 2 years.

If you have skill required for the project you can stay as long as you want and your manager will always stand for you,

Company not care about their employee now a day, giving very less anual bonus which is around 4% and even promotional increment is also 10%, once you on bench and decline more than three project offer due to night shift or due to location you will get hr show cause mail which may terminate if not provide proper justification, also they did not compensate me for relocation for the project.

The team is very supportive and the work is balanced. The manager and leader are good and forward thinking.
