Timely health checkup for employees under various internal programs. Great option for the person looking for stability in career. Great option for ladies with family burden.

Dislikes

Managers are everything for resource working under them, appraisal process is not that great as market correction and compensation does not decided based on performance. HR services are not that great. Lack of clear picture on policies due to every year new acquisition. Each department (Directors) has there own rules and policies. Cab facilities are pathetic as concern team don't understand the difference between a IT office and a Factory very high cost for general shift cabs. (They should learn from companies functional in same tech park , LG/CISCO/FLIPKART).

Good managers, good quantity of work, good compensation, good work life balance, good opportunity to learn.

Monotonous work at some point. Nothing else.
