No work life balance, NO job security at all, and promotions/appraisal are very very poor.

No salary cut all IT and admin support for work from home. HR are trying their best to make us stress free. Company try to address as much issue they can But end the end our store team work without fear hats off to them

Teammates are good and Supportive, but salary are not paid on time delays for 15~20 days, no hike given even after projects are on positive, always reasons on delaying salaries and notifies employees on 7th of every month on delay regarding salary, ctc claims are not paid on time and kpi achieved arr not paid as well.

Dislikes

Internal politics and Head HR is rude to employees and not employee friendly if any support or queries asked, way of handling employees by HR starts from No and Not upto mark.
