The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markers reliability, high quality products and has a global client base as a rest and another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural back ground and we work happily in collaboration.

... slow. The work pressure is very high. It have no change to a permanent employ. And basic salary is too poor

... and, then alerting unit and then 1 week training at UNIT SKILL DEVELOP CENTER. 100% safety and security in my company my current salary is 13,500/- working environment was very peaceful and natrualy and working hours is 8 hrs only in day shift 7.30 am to 4.00 pm night shift is 4 pm to 12.30 am 2 shift only.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.as a result,I get to travel abroad,especially to the US and Canada.but on site travel is completely dependent on your project and clients location.mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto hence I got a b1visa quickly.I like employee re like policy hear

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes,I have to work14-18 hours straight in a day I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.managers do not value an individual's unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.I do receive appreciation emails from my clients,but mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.also there is no on job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step,which is a pain sometimes
