No early permission/half day permissions, low increments, descision making not quickly from HOD's, Hods do not follow safety, and main thing is there is a lot of pride in being an glochem employees including HOD's, more politics

salary given here is low as comapared to other companies plus incentive structure is also very poor

Working in this company is a mixed feeling. As there is good work life balance your shift over means you are free.

Dislikes

To take leaves is a big struggle even if you have leaves. No pay slips. No other benefits than in hand salary like PF, insurance and all No job security. No appreciation and recognition.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Full of politics, environment of is good, No innovative. Work life balance is not great for ex if you have good knowledge with low designation extra work will assign it to you rather than your senior even team leaders does not take responsibility and moreover in the absence of others their tasks given to you .
