Role & responsibilities
- Increasing Brand visibility and improvement in Africa market through Print input creations, brand Video, Webinars.
- Scientific input creation for New & Existing product every market (Print/digital) through Data mining (clinical studies/indications/uses, etc.)
- Training of Medical representatives Online/Zoom and PMT team and development of training manual/VA book/detailing story for MR
- Creating new innovative inputs for this including digital post/gifs
- Increase in social media followers and promotion in Africa region
- Scientific literature development or programs coordination
- Handling Inventory management for stock management.
- Brand allocation as per monthly scale for ROW countries and designing outer cartons
- Procuring and making plan to send seasonal input on time
- Vendor coordination (Existing & New) with cost consciousness weekly basis/ Timely processing and follow-up for delivery
- Arranging CME & Seminars with renowned (India) doctors in specific market and respective arrangements
- Digital marketing initiative (Facebook, WhatsApp, Training App) message creation as per country requirement and regular follow up on weekly basis
- Monthly meeting for feedback from overseas client on promotional input for improvement
- Updation of stock monthly/vendor, monitoring delivery in phases, stock clearance strategy, maintaining delivery sheet
- Monitoring shipments schedule & arranging documentation from Bhiwandi to reach inputs timely in overseas market
- Brand name coining/ Creating packing for new product launch
