TCS is best but when we talk about promotion and salary expectation it's not worthy.for freshers very less salary

Work culture at TCS was pretty good for me a lot less stressful with all facilities available inside campus.

Growth is slow in terms of salary and learning. Sometimes you may excellent project opportunities for growth but chances of getting such projects is very low

I feel glad to work with TCS and proud to be part of it. It's good to balance the work & routine activities with job security. I appreciate that benifits and safety given by Tcs.

Nothing much, But yes just want to add one thing that slow pramotion cycle and law increment in salary.

low salary compared to market standards, slow career progression, limited learning opportunities, a culture of internal politics, inconsistent project allocations, sometimes repetitive and mundane work, poor work-life balance depending on the project, and a lack of autonomy in decision-making.
