... for female employees.. lot of benefits.. Will give a feel like our other home.. package also good.. though the benefits are there the management will do what they required... they won't replace the employee if the process get closed or moved somewhere else.. surely they will play a drama as they arranging for opportunities and on the way .. on the way .. all for good like that. job security is depends on their department or cluster.. in my experience i worked with good team (my team members).. by not with good management (department)..

...are okay to work constantly under pressure, the call center is s place for you. Most of the people go to work at call centers since they offer the highest pay in the industry even for the freshers and you'll find people from multiple fields coming here to either change their career path or to do the temperory job. But beleive me, working at some bpo sucks blood out of you if you are an artist or of you are passionate about finding else. So go to any workplace and you'll find people that stuck, few awesome colleagues who'll b your fronds forever, mean co workers n al... but don't get trapped in the thing called money=amount of working hours.... good luck

Company's work culture is good for employees. Those who are permanent they enjoy. They get many compensation and benefits.

Dislikes

Those who are working on contractual period they don't have right to get equal compensation and benefits like permanents. There job security is quite hard.

When BSS changed to BGSC then salary structure is down and facilities also. there is a retention policy in Barclays, if someone wants to join.

Increment is low , hiring at minimum salary.
