- Salary and Hikes are the biggest turn-offs here. - So they take interview for technical roles and made the employees to work for non-technical.

I joined for Accenture though consultancy, and they used don't give me more more salary and leaves. only good thing is client is google so some advantages are there like cab food etc.

dont join though consultency they eat all you CTC and try to give you very less amount.
