Long working hours,no work life balance.. Once your rating is low then always it will be low only not considering your performance every year. Min 12hrs/day working on daily basis.

Culture implementation at site level is not upto the mark what top management shows in upper level. Management now doesn't support in lower level or site management because of much digital implementation system.

As there many old staff due to which there is no new development.There many company policies and application to grow our skills but there is no awareness about it

There is lot of politics in the downline. People who are in good books in their manager, will only get promotions and increments. Hard working and simple people may be thrown out of system, due to their non political way of life.
