A good thing is that our salary will get before ending of month. And also a good platform to work with L&T LTD as a permanent staff only.

Don't join there as a Third Party FTC else you will not get values of your experience education etc.

Once you switch from other company, you can demand and l&t will match the pay.

No Wfh policy. Even they are not providing laptop itself, still giving desktop only. In this modern world technology, still providing desktop to work. Also working culture is average only. Even if your work can be done in Laptop, L&T is forcing employee to come to office.

High salary for Contract employees.

Dislikes

No perks, benefits or paid holidays for contract employees. They don't absorb contractual employees into payroll easily especially Piping Layout Department.

I think While joining itself I suggest everyone to demand the expected package. After a year or two don't expect more increment.
