Job is not education based. CA is sent for collection, non CA is doing credit work, law graduate is doing sale collection, non legal is doing court work. Its so confusing as to why this ? Lack of manpower. Etc.

NEED A PROPER TEAM FOR COLLECTION AND RELPL TELE-CALLING CAN BE SPARED FROM CD DPL OFFICERS. Incentive cuting,i did’t received my onam period incentive even after one month.this is a quite bad thing i felt in the company .i am totally disappointed.i worked so hard in those days for the company.it really sad.

I enjoyed working in Bajaj. Bajaj is a good company. I resigned because my salary was less and I got a good opportunity in the bank, so I left the region.
