As a result , I 'd opportunity to build relationships within Dr.Reddy's and also with the quality counterparts across the industry. The team , which I'd worked is highly collaborative & supportive to each other . With No doubt, the experience at DRL is an highlight in my entire career.

Dislikes

Compensation is medium (when compared with Pharma counterparts within India) . Career growth is there, however the rate is lethargic rate, as Middle & Senior mgmt positions have role A & role B, which could recognize any difference in responsibility wise.

Increments are low compared with outside. Variable pay was a negetive shade.

Low payscale, No growth and lot of priorities. Poor Management.
