While virtual training can be effective for technical skills, it may not be as beneficial for developing soft skills - Due to aggressive competition, speed often takes precedence over quality. This leads to unreasonable contractual terms and a disconnect between promised deliverables and actual results

Salary hike is not that good promotion are also delayed No extra benefits like gym membership, udemy courses etc

Burari is hiring zone and they provide both side cab also they don't charge anything.

Dislikes

Promotion and Hike are very slow. Even people didn't get hike from last 2 years and when they get salary hike it was very low.

I Like work culture in Accenture. Note- it depend on project in which project you are working. In Few projects you will face work pressure.

Dislikes

I joined as a fresher in accenture. They gave me very lesser salary as compare to market.
