It's good company. I am happy for pert of this company. In this company jobs security is high compared to other countries.

Only one thing I observed as fresher not serve this company because of less salary and appraisal also not satisfied.

Very good platform for learning.. work life is balance.. No pressure from managers and giving always options to explore and provide our best without their interference.. they are always encouraged and believe in our work.

There is no promotion and salary hike as committed in the offer letter..

First of all thanks for giving opportunity in hcltech. After I joined got only salary didn't get any benefits. There was no hikes.

Working culture. Initially it was good, but later on it was became worst. Now it was too bad. They internally transferring resources without any intimation too experienced resources.

Appraisal and job security are two negative point here. I joined here as hybrid work model after some month hr told me nothing hybrid here you need to do wfo if not agree then look another job.
