Some times our head will give more work like continue shift every saturday we have to work if we refuse they convince us to work

I am interested in working at wipro.com because it is a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company

There has been no salary increase over the past years, and the bonus structure is non-existent

1. You will get good hike when you come here from another company. 2. Provides internet allowance. 3. Provides you cab if your project allows 4. Managers and Senior Managers are too good

Dislikes

1. No extra benefit other than salary 2. Very poor hikes 3. Very less learning opportunities 4. They dont give you WFH even if you dont have anyone from your project from your location. They will still ask you to come to office 3 days a week.

Good workstation and most preferred for coding skills and good education for coders

Salary and appraisal very low

Over all good but management level should change their approach. And as per marker here growth is less.this need to be change.
