We've been getting a lot of likes on our company posts lately. I'm wondering if there's a way to track them and see what's driving the engagement?

Firstly, the long commute to office is really tiring. Secondly, salary and promotion. Lastly, I think we should have more team-building activities.

...partment. There is good amount of Skill development and Technological knowledge. Salary of those who joined early are good but stagnant.

Dislikes

Long working hours and long duration Video Calling culture is very prevalent. VC start at 5.30AM in the morning and employee made to join via Laptops. Again VC start at 6PM again which eats into your personal time. VC are conducted 7Days a week with no holidays or breaks. There is large amount of administrative system based work load also which required constant monitoring and boring. Constant long duration reviews on daily basis increases stress and pressure.

Family satisfaction is excellent in township so that employee can do job without stress.

Dislikes

Salary structure is not satisfactory
