Bonuses were great. The work was interesting and the amount of learning totally depended on you. No office politics or such.

Dislikes

No job security. The amount of money you were bringing in was somewhat based on the markets you were trading in, and your worth(even the designation and promotions) was dependent on it, and not the experience or knowledge you had.

Flexible work hours, very less work pressure, good compensation

Dislikes

While there are numerous benefits, it’s not a place for people that expect rapid career growth. From my personal experience, I didn’t have a good mentorship during the initial stages of my career. Lack of hierarchy/process can cause problems in some areas.

Salary provided for fresher is good. All facilities provided by the organisation. Carrer growth, job security and people's are very good.

Work life balance the very first point I must say .Second I would say is learning opportunity you get ample of time to explore yourself to new opportunities.Third I would say is the atmosphere personally I am loving the work which I am doing with support of my superiors

Salary hikes are quite disappointed but when you work at such a large organisations and understand it's structure you will get to realize why is it so

It is great firm to work great pay but don’t expect anything apart from pay or bonus.
