I have been a part of VLCC for 3.5 years and I have always received my salary, bonus and promotion on time. I also get sufficient leaves and the superiors are supportive.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job traning is not given to new joinees.

I like to working at lakme.my seniors he will always supporting staff, career growth is after 3-4 year became a T.L salary is average product learning is excellent compair to other brand.All are good.Thank you
