...idiary brand.But in India the whole operation is taken by shoppers stop company.so through this COVID-19 they shoppers stop lay off their employees by providing advance 3 month salary.so my point is why they laid off their employees by providing 3 month salary, instead they can provide half salary and keep their employees with them.so that employees including me get very happy, because at least their jobs are safe. Because in this COVID-19 situation it's very difficult to find a new job, but they laid off employees.

Job security and working culture, we get bonus every once a year and honning the artistry skills

Salary is ok but career growth is slow..hiring non skilled people gets harder for managers to cope up with

2 week offs which is not respected anymore. On week offs also you have to attend meetings, training’s, come into to work etc.

Dislikes

1. Work life balance 2. The management team runs offers at the store giving near to expiry products to consumers on a purchase above 5k. I do not like this idea about it. 3. Too much pressure on getting an influencer event at the store which is not in our KRA/contract. 4. We are made to do 10 peoples job because the management decided to micro manage. 5. We are given gratis from the company every year but old stock although we have to calculate taking the new increased prices.

Very bad environment mentally torture to the staff for the sale very bad HR aom they don't know how to talk they don't understand your problem they lie to u about things like when I first joined the company they say said different about the company and the salary but ended up giving very less salary and when wanted to talk to hr with this issue they compare with the other company like nykaa and say how MAC is better company very worst and also if you suddenly wanted to leave the company and you not interested to work they tell u to work for atlist 2 months which is called noticed period but u are not willing to work with them anymore then they will tell you to give the money for extra 2 months of your salary which they never mentioned u ever before joining the company my experience was the worst so guys think before you join the company especially in india

Company is good but for cash officer and Admin ka is not good place to work u will feel like u working alone. Because for everyone 2 week off and for cash officer only 1 and there all work have to do everything sell also. But while doing appraisal there also partiality again for all employees good increment and for cash officer and Admin very less like 1/4 of Artists.

Facility it's suppose to be for everyone same who all are working is same company not like everyone getting 2 week off and 1 employee getting 1 how they will feel it's very.
