This practice can sometimes lead to feelings of undervaluation among vintage staff, who have consistently demonstrated loyalty, expertise, and a deep understanding of the organization’s values and processes. It may also impact overall motivation and morale, as the efforts of long-term employees appear to be less recognized in monetary terms compared to newcomers. I believe Muthoot Fincorp values its employees and strives for fairness in its policies. Therefore, I would like to suggest that the organization considers implementing a more balanced approach to increments and promotions, taking into account both tenure and performance. Salary and benefits are good at work. HR team is supportive. Top management listens everyone. Employee works and benefits are satisfied.

Demotivating team heads Middle management politics on favoratism Entry level pressure is not bearable. Due to which unable to hire new people Team heads not supportive and politics shows on there face. If you have your own team then it's good to work there otherwise wait for new management.
