Learning never ending in JBM in every turn to learn something new here....l like to suggest for new commers to start there carrier from JBM which is help hole life for growth....And i like system in JBM to complete projects....

Only salary increase matter every year so please increase percentage....

...gement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues .Salary is decent but career growth is slow .There is a bind of 2 years before which you cannot resign .On the job training is not given to new joiees

Can easy access to all departments to get knowledge of different works, freely

Consider the Local cost of living and analyse and verify the nearby Company's salary package and provide good salary package/ increment to withstand the experience/Capable down the level staffs who consistently support the organization in a harder times should be Motivated.
