1) Since 2022 They even ask new joinee after 3 month if you dont have project u have to go for loss of pay or leave the company what th basic pay of ur notice period in probation 1 month 2) post 6 months its 3 month basic but u can only be in bench for 45 days post the loss of pay or choose above option 3) appraisal and increment not happen in time or very poor if you get appraisal too

Benefits are most important than salary in current dynamic world. HIS of TCS is the one who gives you that level of confidence which mainly focus on your career, skill and further development.

Work life balance is awesome in here, until you'll reach Managerial positions. You'll get good salary as per your work, it's more Iike if you know such thing you'll do only those things. So on that basis you'll get good salary. Not much of a skill development through Project but if you're willing to upskill you have lot of learning materials as well as professional certifications too. Company regular organize fun events, it's just you need to take part in it else you'll be filled with work only.

Dislikes

Promotion are terrible and on top of that the percentage hike was awful as they can't even beat inflation. Start your career from here is good but staying here for long period of time you'll miss good learnings, you won't be able to upskill so much(until you wanted to externally). Learn good things from startups and if you're carving for stability join CTS after 12-15 YOE.

I like the building infrastructure and interior. It's so peaceful.

Dislikes

I dislike about Salary & benifits because even though we work good the salary and benifits are almost same for a perosnon who works less also

- salary - rewards - salary advance or interest free loan - leaves

- they make us work for more than 10 hours on average and expect us to work for more than 12 when delivery and on weekends too.
