Salary was same as other IT services companies. And salary growth rate was decent when compared to other service companies.

There are lots of opportunities to work on challenging projects which helps us contribute and learn. Additionally, the focus on professional growth & support from leadership does have a sense of belonging & motivation. The work life balance is the highlight which you can consider while opting to work at Tietoevry.

...ment at Tietoevry there are always few areas of improvement in any organization. One such is not utilizing the potential of an employee and shifting projects on his work expertise along with that pay scale which can be made slightly in between the market standards not high not low just fair pay scale

- no additional benefits for contractor other than salary - no increments - no WFH( as they force you to come to office once you join permanent) - sometimes manager not supportive

Cons: There is no scope for learning and skill development - most of the time, you'll end up in roles that doesn't suite your skill sets, Poor work-life balance ( based on projects), linguistic politics/partiality among the managers.

Tech mahindra is one of mnc company. It servers best in consumers need. It's company culture and work satisfaction, skill development and job security also good.

Dislikes

Salary and working time quitely fault. It means team work is not much good. Team work is less than tcs company. I am jobseeker. Will you kindly grant me permission to get the job
