Too much micro management. No job security. If you take leaves on Saturday or Monday weekends will also mark as leaves

The way they treat people . The company really cares for their employers. In between they conduct games , fun activities. You can talk to any higher authority without hesitation and there's no partiality. Everyone will listen to the ideas of even less time experienced.
