...o client and just nod ur head for every work they assign u without saying no. Pro's : I should admit this initial pay will be less. But yearly appraisals will be very good for this level company even corporates won't give appraisals like Design tech You will get best work opportunities in Automotive & Mechanical core companies to work and you can learn a lot of you are enthusiastic. Note. I left this company in 2016 may be lot of changes might happen now from last few years.

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
