...s to work on Saturdays later they habituated & demanded a lot work in Saturdays. We struggled a lot & worked for the project but didn't got good variable pay & hike.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

When cost cutting comes into picture ,don't see any job security and no supports from HR as well,when they need resources they will take work from you and in difficult times no support from leads,managers and HR as well.Nobody will tell Dark side of company.

...lace to work.good work culture. Company policies are very good towards enployes. Provide many benefits to employee other than salary. I seriously live deloitte.

This is great company. I don't have any dislikes. May be some times internal team managers may not be food for some teams. But deloitte is the best company and respect every employee
