Salary for long term employees does not match the market trend like experience *2.5 for IT service industry Laterals get more salary but skills are not that great

Burari is hiring zone and they provide both side cab also they don't charge anything.

Promotion and Hike are very slow. Even people didn't get hike from last 2 years and when they get salary hike it was very low.

Tech mahindra is one of mnc company. It servers best in consumers need. It's company culture and work satisfaction, skill development and job security also good.

Salary and working time quitely fault. It means team work is not much good. Team work is less than tcs company. I am jobseeker. Will you kindly grant me permission to get the job

If you have skill required for the project you can stay as long as you want and your manager will always stand for you,

Company not care about their employee now a day, giving very less anual bonus which is around 4% and even promotional increment is also 10%, once you on bench and decline more than three project offer due to night shift or due to location you will get hr show cause mail which may terminate if not provide proper justification, also they did not compensate me for relocation for the project.
