Dislikes

Wipro talks lot about there 5 habits but I don’t see that at ground level and old employees without proper skill set but just serving in the company for there experience

Dislikes

1)Less scope for learning not much opportunities in terms of exploration in new tools 2)Subjective point but Management especially directors of my project are ill managed.

Low salary: I would say the pay is low compared to the expectations of the role. Others say that the average annual salary increase is around 2% or less.

Ontime salary & TA credited & also management teams are very helpful & understandable. So I am very satisfied to work here.

It was great experience with aegis, I learnt a lots, I deployed my skills. I would like to suggest every one if you start you bpo career then start from aegis.
