Wipro talks lot about there 5 habits but I don’t see that at ground level and old employees without proper skill set but just serving in the company for there experience

Dislikes

1)Less scope for learning not much opportunities in terms of exploration in new tools 2)Subjective point but Management especially directors of my project are ill managed.

Low salary: I would say the pay is low compared to the expectations of the role. Others say that the average annual salary increase is around 2% or less.

I was java developer salary hike and all things were good

Means saturday are not off also as devloper after you are handling all the code you should get more importance

They will provide salary on time Also provide Bonus as per client Good as of now

They will keep changing designation with out giving proper hike
