Dislikes

Deduction of CTC under Salary is very High, Such as Medical Premium, PF Amount (Twice Side from Our CTC STR), diffrent types of Volunteers Taxs etc. Further Initial Guest House, is not standard. For Employees Township benefits of Reliance Industries is fully paused for SOLAR POWER PROJECT and O&M DEPARTMENTS.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and company policy are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but carrer is slow
