Very poor system of identifying the right talent. your past experience is only considered at the time of joining after you join you have to start from the beginning and wait for favoritism for promotion.

Overall good company and as an Indian company growing remarkably well! So many divisions to work on. Managements are good as well.

1. Salary structure and appraisal. 2. Slow back end work.

Salary on time, good trainers, good pantry and mobile bills reimbursment.

Too much pressure and less job security.

...rning for a fresher is a plus point here and co - operation from the colleagues. Also salary and other benefits are very big advantages. Employees do get their salaries on fixed dates.

No work life balance. Sometimes extreme biased behaviour from some of the senior authorities. Pressure out of limits.

Growth opportunities,are vast,,they pay good salary.

Dislikes

Hardly one week off,,and on week offs we have to work.shift timings are not suitable,most of the time we have to work for ore than 12 to 14 hours
