one aspect that I found less satisfactory was the salary, which I felt was not up to the mark. Despite this, the enriching experience and the excellent work culture made my time at EXL worthwhile.

TCS is very good organization. A salary increase makes you happy once in year but a healthy culture keep you happy every day.

Not maintain floor culture and management politics. Because of this reason dedicated employee resigned.

Capita is still amongst the very few companies in ITES Sector that is still offering WFH Option.

Salary Offered there is quite less as compared to other company in this Industry norms.

There is working two shift day and night and every week you have to come different shirt.there is no fix shirt.
