...d culture for on role employees. Teammates and management are always supportive. Company policies are good, they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Over all it is one of the best company for on role employees.

There is a lot of politics. Management never hire off role worker for selecting as on role while working with high qualification and many years of work experience.

Management needs to be more work specific. The resources are abundant but due to lack of management it lags sometimes.

Dislikes

Salary gets delayes sometimes. Work pressure is very high. Sometimes the working hours gets 14-15 hrs straight in a day as I have attend client calls in the evening & sometimes at night. Managers do not value an individuals efforts, which is very much disappointing.
