Nothing much, it's average service type company with decent salary. But leaves are good. 30 leaves per year in a service company is really commendable.

Dislikes

1. They hire based on prospective projects, and often the projects don't land. And then they have very limited time on bench, hence job security is an issue. 2. Work from office schedule is very strict, there should be some flexibility. 3. No proper employee benefits such as outings or lunches or parties, all they care about is billing. 4. Little too much of micro-management

IBM IS VERY GOOD COMPANY IN TERMS OF COMPENSATION AND LEARNING.

NO DISLIKES AS OF NOW EXCEPT THE MEDICAL INSURANCE PREMIUM FOR DEPENDENTS THAT IS TOO HIGH.
