Company is good, Promoters are also good, Employees are very supportive Salary part is good. Work culture is good.

I cannot speak about the salary here. Pressure will be there in each and every company. Comparing with other companies little pressure is there apath from this all is went good.

...e), usually do not get terminated even if their unit does not perform well. . 3) There is a wide discrepancy in salary at the same band (X$-3X$). But they don't do any salary rationalization during annual hikes. 4) Some old guys are sitting there for long and doing nothing(no revenue growth in their vertical) but nobody can fire them as they are at the top and close to the CEO. 5) External Certificate re-imbursement policy has a bond system. Only if you sign the bond, external certification amt will be re-imbursed. 6) Retirement is 55 - when you need the job the most but cannot get another job in the market. But for higher management its 58 and 60. To my knowledge this is the only company having this stupid and discriminated policy.
